    Please note: Your section will be released if we do not receive the following information on or before October 16th, 2023.
    GENERAL INFORMATION
    The main contact will receive all event updates and correspondence from the Bullbustin' team. The main contact will also be responsible for ticket distribution and payment information unless otherwise indicated below.
    If you would prefer to switch your previously attended event date to our newly added Saturday, July 6th event date, please check the following box. Please note, your previously attended event date is not able to be switched to any other event day except for Saturday, July 6th, 2024 (dependant on availability).
    Please indicate below if your company would like to increase your section amount. One section holds 50 people. Section increases will be dependant on availability.
    TICKET DISTRIBTION
    Event tickets are distributed through Showpass.com. If a different contact other than the main contact will be responsible for the distribution of tickets please, fill out their information below. If the main contact will be distributing tickets, please leave the following section blank.

    PAYMENT INFORMATION
    If a different contact other than the main contact will be responsible for section payment, fill out their information below. If the main contact will be paying for your section, please leave the following section blank. One 50 seat corporate section is $7,500 + service charge + GST. Full section payment is due on or before November 30th, 2023.​
    IMPORTANT DATES
    OCTOBER 16th, 2023 - Section renewal deadline. Your section will not be held after this date if we do not receive this form on or before this date.
    OCTOBER 23rd, 2023 - The Bullbustin' team will be in touch this week to confirm your section placement.
    NOVEMBER 30th, 2023 - Full section payment is due. If payment is not received on or before this date, your section will be released.
